A few tips to follow in order to get the best results from your exam.  

Get a good night's sleep prior to the exam.
No food or drink after midnight.
Drink some water the morning of and if you are on blood pressure medicine, take it.

No alcoholic beverages 24-48 hours before the exam.
No heavy lifting, work outs or running the day before the exam.
No caffeine of any kind the morning of the exam.  

If you use any form of tobacco, try to refrain at least 2-3 hours before the
exam. Tobacco can raise your blood pressure and pulse.
Make sure when weighed, shoes are off.  You would be surprised but people do forget, and the small amount of weight could make a huge difference!
